January – Darren Gorden
Darren has been working hard on helping the clients expand their horizons. He assists them with finding new recipes to try for dinner. He even brought in a wok from home to assist them with making a Thai meal.
He also won for a July for setting up a photography studio on his own time, taking pictures and editing those pictures, all on his own time. |

February – Joan Siebelts
Joan went on her own time to visit a client who had just moved. She brought the client a birthday card and she wanted to make sure the client was doing well since she had just moved. It was very considerate to think about the client on her special day. |

March – Evonne Tolliver
Evonne threw a birthday party for a client. This employee took the extra effort to invite the client's coworkers to the party! She gave directions to the home, to make sure they could find the house. This client and his friends from work had a great time! |

April – Doris Patton
Doris came in on her off time and volunteered to take a client to look for a new computer desk. She stayed late into the evening until the task was completed. Doris is always reliable and her clients always request this employee personally for special events. She continues to receive praise from guardians and co-workers. |

June - Sharon Farlane
Sharon took it upon herself to re-organize the medicine cabinet at the house. She bought baskets for all of the clients in the home, with her own money. This new way that she has it organized, makes it so much easier and nicer for everyone who works at the house. |

July - Darren Gorden
Darren set up a photography studio on his own time, taking pictures and editing those pictures, all on his own time. The families really appreciated this beautiful pictures. |

Janie donated four VIP tickets to the races, for two of her clients. She knew they loved races and this way they got to go. |

September – Anthony Moseby
Anthony takes pride in taking a client to day program. Even one day there was a incident in his car and the employee focused on the client first, positively comforting the client and did not make a big deal about his car. He portrayed excellent care. He also is very positive always and is willing to help in any way he can. He truly takes the company's mission to heart. |

October – Allen Collins
Allen immediately called and reported a questionable call to the house. He informed the caller that he could not give out that information and directed them to the supervisor. He was praised by the person calling, saying he showed excellent professionalism and that he protected the privacy of his consumers. |

November – Erma Evans
Erma took a class about conflict resolution and working with as a team. This person put together a power point and presented to co-workers in a training. The employee did an excellent job and she helped may others. |

December – JB Branyon
JB took the client's clothes home to wash them for 3 days, while the washer was getting repaired. This saved her clients money and time and was greatly appreciated. |
